Villa 1000 square feet or larger with optional 200 square feet or larger deck module
A deposit is required to initiate formal quoting and the design build process for your order of a Villa.
To obtain a formal price quote for your Villa project you must provide us with specific project details and have already placed a deposit. Project costs like utility connections, foundations, shipping and handling are taxes are extra and should be included in your budget.

Our primary module is 10 feet tall, 10 feet wide and 20 feet long, which equals about 200 square feet (18.58 square meters) total area for each one. Use 5 pods to create a spacious 800 sf with 200 sf deck for your Villa, also available as an ADA 1BR.
