A deposit is required to initiate formal quoting and the design build process for your order of a House.
To obtain a formal price quote for your House project you must provide us with specific project details and have already placed a deposit. Project costs like utility connections, foundations, shipping and handling are taxes are extra and should be included in your budget.

Our primary module is 10 feet tall, 10 feet wide and 20 feet long, which equals about 200 square feet (18.58 square meters) total area for each one. Use 10 pods to create a stunning and iconic 2 story 2000 square foot nexus House.
