Utilities and permits

Nexus can be connected to electrical, water and wastewater utilities or operated autonomously as needed.

Nexus meets or exceeds national building code standards and requirements, making planning and applications for development permits straightforward. 

Nexus can be built from Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), most wood materials, composites and other other high performance, healthy materials depending on project requirements, best delivery method and location.

Our Nexus platform lets you develop and build easily with iconic style! Nexus on-site assembly, panelized or whole module install process preserves your property so the most natural sites stay natural. Designed into each Nexus project is very high building performance and a very long service life. Basic cost for a 2 module 400 sf ADU starts around $227,400 (*) plus 200 sf outdoor area deck, transport, taxes and any costs related to your choice of options and your specific project. Price includes operational training and lifetime after-sales technical and warranty support.
